I really like the addition of affirmations you can say while holding the mudra, the breathing techniques, and offerings of herbal remedies for those who are interested. These mysterious healing gestures can calm the stress, aggravations, and frustrations of everyday life. I enjoy introducing new mudras to keep the class interesting and offer the students choices for personal expression as we enjoy common asanas.
